With this membership, the Equality and Diversity Advisory Group brings together those with lead responsibility for our key theme in Human Rights, Social Justice and Security, for equality and diversity in admissions and in the student sector, for staff recruitment and development, for the equality analysis of our policies and practices and for compliance with legislative requirements, for events within the University (the Listen! Keystone Development Programme) for monitoring and reporting performance, and for effective communication.
