100 Salford Women at the VC's Thank-You Event
Martin Hall congratulates SSWAN staff and 100 Salford Women
On the 10th June 2011 Vice Chancellor Martin Hall hosted his second annual "thank-you" event. As well as an opportunity for members of staff to meet colleagues from other areas of campus, it was a chance for everyone to meet representatives from the different Staff Networks.
SSWAN were particularly highlighted at this year's event. Martin Hall gathered colleagues who were part of the 100 Salford Women event earlier in the year, to congratulate them and also to take a group photograph on stage...
100 Salford Women celebrated international Women's Day on March 8th, as well as linking in to the University of Salford's 'Listen!' agenda, which aims to create and develop support for the Staff Networks.
Women who participated in the VC's thank-you event were able to collect their 100 Salford Women brochure, CD and exhibition piece. If you are one of the 100 Salford Women and were unable to attend to collect your items, please email us at sswan@salford.ac.uk
