Equality and Diversity Coordinators

The university has Equality and Diversity Coordinators in place within Schools and Professional Services to support the integration of Equality Analysis.

The overall purpose of the EDC will be:

  • To support local management in ensuring the Equality Analysis (EA) Programme
  • To serve as the interface between local management and Human Resources (Equality and Diversity)

 

They also have a responsibility to assist Human Resources coordinating equality work across this institution.
